TASTE OF ASIA HIBACHI

You can easily find Taste of Asia Hibachi in Huntington, West Virginia, as it is located along 3rd Avenue, just a block down from Pullman Square -- promising another shot in the arm to Huntington's downtown. As its name suggests, Taste of Asia offers fusion of Asian food, including Chinese, Japanese Korean and Thai cuisine. Upon stepping into the restaurant, customers are attracted by the ushers at the entrance, which are two Chinese terra-cotta warriors instead of beautiful waitresses or handsome waiters. The tables and chairs are wooden, clean and tidy. The decor is not only of Chinese style, but to be exact, the east meets the west style. Stone lions, windows of openwork, bamboos and hanging red lanterns make the whole dining area bathed in the traditional oriental atmosphere, while the bar looks more like the western ones. Another highlight is the way wines are arranged. They are nicely inserted to the wooden shelves.

Hibachi is the most popular among customers. You can watch the hibachi making process going on right before your eyes while enjoying the delicious food. Sushi, Spring Rolls, Mango Chicken, Chicken with Broccoli, General Tso’s Chicken and Lo Mein are also well received by customers.
